Route Window Cleaner

This position involves the cleaning of all Aaro Companies window cleaning accounts. The requirements for the position include but are not limited to the possession of a valid Michigan driver’s license preferably chauffeurs license and the ability to move and/or lift 50 pounds. This individual is also required to maintain a clean cut appearance which includes the following:

Maintain professional appearance on company time
Wear required company uniform (properly fitting attire at all times
Neat and clean personal grooming
Clean shaven or neatly groomed facial hair
Combed hair or official company hat
Bathed – with no heavy scents

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Cleans all types of windows, glass partitions, mirrors and other glass surfaces of building interior and exterior.
Ability to use squeegee and mop techniques of cleaning windows
Ability to assist co-workers with chair/lift work
Ability to assist in carrying/setting up ladders, ( up to 48’), water fed pole systems and rolling rig
Ability to climb ladders up to 48’
Ability to lift 100lbs and ability to push up to 400lbs (rolling rig)
Effectively communicating and interacting with clients a their place of business
Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions
